Shipping

All items are carefully packed to ensure safe shipment.

As some items are made when ordered we always aim ship within 4 days of your order, most are shipped the next day

Australia Shipping:

Items will be shipped Australia Post and should take no longer than 3 days to reach you. 

International Shipping:

International orders are sent by Airmail - please find expected shipping times below. International buyers are responsible for any customs or fees.

Shipping times:

- Europe usually takes 8-12 days
- USA can take up to 2 weeks (usually about 8 days)
- Rest of the world up to 3 weeks (usually between 6-10 days )

Please contact us if you have not received your good within these times

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to discuss return/refund. Upon the return of the item we will refund you the purchase price of the item, though we cannot refund shipping to or from. Refunds will be paid as soon as I have the returned item.

Please do be aware before purchase that computer monitors do all differ slightly and the colors you see will possibly be somewhat different in person.

The nature of lino printing by hand means that variations will occur, but we believe this is part of the charm of buying handmade! If you are not satisfied, please get in touch with any concerns and we will do everything within our power to make sure you are happy.
